This is an application for the WAITLIST.&nbsp; Women are considered off the Waitlist in order of submitted applications.&nbsp; Unlocked Fertility Alumni Only.&nbsp;There are limited spots available. The deposit does NOT guarantee a spot.&nbsp; Deposit is NON-Refundable in the event you cancel or decide not to come.&nbsp; If I am not able to schedule you, your deposit will be returned. &nbsp;In the event of a cancelation, 2 women miss out, you, and the other woman who was not able to get a spot.&nbsp; Consults are 2-2.5 hours each, budget 3-3.5 hours as you or any woman before you may have required more time. There will iy”H be 4 Consult slots Sundays through Thursdays and 2 on Fridays.Consult times are 8:45 &amp; 11:15 am, 2:15 &amp; 4:45 pm&nbsp; As consults are scheduled based on individual potential fertility, I try my best to accommodate time preferences but flexibility is required for everyone to get the care they need. There will be a way to indicate time/day preference on the questionnaire. BEFORE the actual consults, there is a required 2 Hour session to explain all the preliminary diaphragm, pelvic floor, and vaginal flora educational components. You will have access to it as soon as you're enrolled at notjustmd.com/library
